Who we are
Pressure Time LLC is a family run exterior cleaning company serving Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Volusia Counties in Central Florida. These terms cover quotes, work and text messages from Pressure Time.
Quotes and pricing
Every job gets a written quote before any work starts. The price covers the work described on the quote. If the property or the job turns out different from what was quoted, we tell you and agree on any change with you before we do it.
Scheduling and weather
We give you an arrival window, not a set time. If rain or unsafe weather gets in the way, we move your job to the next good day and let you know by text.
Payment
You pay after the final walk through, once you have seen the finished work. We accept credit card, Zelle, cash, check and wire transfer.
Our guarantee
Each quote carries our written guarantee. The current terms are on the guarantee section of our homepage.
Your property
We need access to an outdoor water spigot and to any area we are cleaning. Before we start, we note any existing damage with you. Please keep pets inside while we work and until surfaces dry.
Text message program
Program: Pressure Time customer and service texts.
Our numbers: (321) 450-4586, (689) 319-9274, (866) 292-7435, (689) 399-2929 and (689) 399-2888.
Service texts: quote links, scheduling, arrival texts, photos, invoices, Care Plan visit reminders and review requests.
Offer texts, only if you checked the offers box: seasonal specials and referral rewards, up to 4 a month.
How you sign up: by entering your mobile number on one of our quote forms, texting us first, texting a keyword we give you (for example CLEAN), or giving a Pressure Time rep your OK in person. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
How often: message frequency varies. Most customers get a few texts per job, plus occasional reminders and offers.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any of our numbers. That stops texts from every Pressure Time number, and we send one confirmation text. Reply START to sign back up.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy policy.
