How long does a roof soft wash last?

Usually 18 to 24 months in Central Florida, sometimes longer on sunny south facing slopes. Shaded north and west slopes come back first.

Will you walk on my roof?

Only when we have to. Most roofs are treated from the ground or a ladder with a soft wash system, which is safer for the roof and for us.

Why does the moss not come off right away?

The treatment kills moss and lichen on contact but the dead growth takes a few rains to let go and wash off. That is normal and expected.

Is it safe for my plants?

Yes. We pre wet, cover where needed and rinse heavily. Runoff is controlled and we use the lowest effective mix for your roof type.

Do you guarantee it?

Yes. If streaks come back within 12 months we re treat for free, and Care Plan members get 24 months. It is in writing on every quote.
