How far before install should the roof be cleaned?
Anywhere from a few days to a few weeks before. A soft washed roof usually dries the same day in Florida sun, so we can work close to your install date.
Do you work on tile and metal roofs?
Yes. Shingle, tile and metal roofs all get a low pressure soft wash. No pressure washer on the roof, so no stripped granules or cracked tiles.
What if you find damage while cleaning?
We photograph it and send it to you and the homeowner, so it can be repaired before the array goes on instead of after.
