Holiday ready, before the lights go up.
Florida's rainy season just gave algae and mildew five months to grow. Fall is the time to wash it off: before you hang lights, before family shows up and before the holiday photos. Roof, house, gutters, driveway and pool deck in one visit.

What to clean before the holidays.
Before the lights go up
Gutters, fascia and the roof edge are exactly where light clips go. Clean them first so your lights are not framing black streaks and green mildew.
- Roof soft wash
- House walls, soffits and gutter faces
- Front entry and porch
Before family visits
The driveway and walkway are the first thing guests see, and the pool deck is where everyone ends up.
- Driveways, sidewalks and curbs
- Pavers and pool decks
- Screen enclosures and lanais
Fall cleanup after the rainy season
From May to October, daily rain and humidity feed algae on roofs, north walls and shaded concrete. Fall's drier weather is the right time to clean it off and seal pavers before winter.

Holiday cleaning questions.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know you want it. Most quotes go out the same day and most jobs are booked within the week, but the weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas fill up first.
Can you clean after my lights are already up?
Driveways, walkways and pool decks, yes. For the roof, gutters and house walls it is best to clean before the lights go up, so nothing gets wet or knocked loose.
Why clean in the fall?
Central Florida's rainy season runs roughly May through October, and the daily rain and humidity feed algae and mildew on roofs, north-facing walls and shaded concrete. Fall's drier weather is the best time to wash it off and seal pavers.
Do you install holiday lights?
No, we clean. If you use a light installer, book us a few days before they come so they hang lights on a clean house.
How do I pay?
After you have seen the finished job. Card online, Zelle, cash, check or wire.
Get on the schedule before the holidays.
