Give $50, get $50.
Most of our work comes from neighbors who saw a clean roof and asked who did it. When you send someone our way, they get $50 off their first job and you get $50 off your next one. Every referral, no limit, no forms.
★ 5.0 on Google · 14 reviewsHow it works
- Text us their name and address, or have them text us yours
- They get $50 off their first job (minimum job $250)
- You get $50 off your next visit, or a $50 check if you have no visit coming
- No limit: five referrals, five credits
- Works for Care Plan members too
- Credits never expire
Three ways to send a neighbor.
Text us
Send their first name and address to (321) 450-4586 and say who you are. We reach out, quote them, and both credits are logged before the job is done.
Have them text us
They text a photo of their house and mention your name. Same result.
Hand them the card
The review card we leave after every job has the referral offer on the back. Leave it with a neighbor and the card does the talking.
HOAs and neighborhoods
If three or more homes on a street book the same route day, everyone on that day gets the referral credit, and the drive comes off the bill.

Wondering about price? See typical pressure washing costs in Orlando.
Is there a limit?
No. Every completed referral earns a credit.
When do I get my $50?
As soon as their job is complete and paid. It sits on your account for your next visit, or we send a check if you have nothing scheduled.
Does the neighbor have to be in a certain area?
Anywhere we work: Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Volusia Counties.
Can I refer a business or a rental?
Yes. Property managers and HOA boards count too. For managers with several homes, ask about partner pricing instead; it is usually better than the credit.
Can both credits go to the same job?
Your credit is for your next visit and theirs is for their first, so they are separate jobs. Two credits on one job is not a thing, but a referral credit does stack with a Care Plan discount.
Know someone with a green roof?
Text their name and address, or just hand them a card. They save $50, you save $50, and the street looks better.
