Do you pressure wash wood fences?
No. High pressure gouges wood and raises the grain so the boards look fuzzy. We soft wash with low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work, then rinse.
What kinds of fences do you clean?
Wood, vinyl, PVC and aluminum fences, plus gates. Vinyl and PVC fences usually come back close to their original white.
Will it hurt my plants and grass?
We wet down plants and grass along the fence line before and after we clean, and rinse as we go.
Is it priced per side?
Yes. Fences are priced per foot, per side, with a minimum for fence-only visits. Most customers do the side that faces the street or the pool, or both.

Yes, and it is the best value. We clean the fence on the same visit as the house, driveway or pool deck, so it is one trip and one invoice.
